CF Extra Lessons
Academic support, learning resources and student opportunities in one platform.
More Than Lessons
A Brighter Future
Notice
CF EXTRA LESSONS is an academic support platform and does not replace any university or lecturers. Students are strongly encouraged to attend all their lectures, practicals, tutorials, and any other official university activities.
About CF Extra Lessons
More Than Lessons — A Student Support Platform
CF Extra Lessons was created to give students a place where they can get extra academic support, understand difficult concepts more clearly, and feel more confident in their studies.
What We Offer
CF Extra Lessons supports students through:
- Weekly tutorials
- Worked examples and practice questions
- Test and exam preparation
- Assignment guidance
- Past assessment practice
- Learning resources
- Recorded lessons
- Live online classes
- Face-to-face classes
Our main focus is Chemical Engineering, with additional support in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering Drawing, and other modules where support is available.
How We Teach
We try to make difficult work easier to follow. Students are encouraged to approach problems in a clear order:
- 1Understand the concept
- 2Identify what is given
- 3Know what is required
- 4Choose the correct principle
- 5Solve the problem
- 6Understand the answer
The aim is not only to help students pass assessments, but also to improve their confidence and ability to solve problems independently.
“We focus on helping students understand why a method works, not only how to get the final answer.”
The CF Student Hub
Registered and approved students access their approved modules, learning resources, lesson recordings, live classes, schedules, attendance, announcements, and a digital CF Access Card with QR verification.
Opportunities Hub
Free of charge and open to students and the public. We share bursaries, scholarships, internships, in-service training, learnerships, graduate programmes, jobs, research opportunities, training programmes and more.
Career and Application Support
Where needed, we help with CV guidelines, improving or creating a professional CV, cover letters, application guidance, and interview preparation.
Our Mission
To make learning clearer, support students consistently, and help them become more confident academically and professionally.
Our Vision
We want CF Extra Lessons to grow into a trusted student support platform for academic support, learning resources, student tools, career guidance and opportunities — all in one place.
Important Notice
CF Extra Lessons is an academic support platform and does not replace any university, college, school, lecturer, or official academic programme. Students are strongly encouraged to attend all their official lectures, practicals, tutorials, assessments, and other activities required by their institution. CF Extra Lessons exists to support formal education, not replace it.
